Do I qualify for the program?

As a member or employee of your organization you qualify, however, you must be introduced to an Agent through our program.

Who is paying for the rebate?

There is no cost to you. The rebate is funded from the real estate commission. The assigned Agent views the rebate as a ‘marketing expense’ which is very common in the real estate field.

Will I be assigned a quality Agent?

Yes. Our global network consists of both national networks and independent agents that are all vetted by their Companies and Brokers.

When will I receive my rebate?

If permitted by state law, it will be provided at closing or sent to you as quickly as possible after closing.

Are rebates allowed in my state?

What if I am already working with an Agent?

If you are already working with an Agent, we cannot ethically work with you. You must work with an Agent assigned by our program to qualify for the rebate.
